I saw some northern airlines job postings that offer 3 weeks on/off rotational schedules. All of them didn’t state it as a day shift nor night shift. Even if their north bases don't have scheduled night flights do they recruit ame for night shifts? I just want to know if there's night shift for northern airlines north bases because I am looking for night shifts.

Some operators do, but many don't. Up here In YFB w/5T we operate rotations 3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off running a 12 hour day and a night shift .......24hr coverage. I believe Wasaya, Calm Air and Summit do the same or similar as well.
