Iatra help

Hello all

So after 20 plus years of having a commercial and not needing an iatra or a atpl life has changed and i have now been offered a job as an f/0 with a carrier.
I want to do the iatra as that is the min required and faster to get done than the atpls.
So after being away from the books for so long what is my fastest method of studying for this?
Also would welcome anyones study notes or saved questions from recent exams
