What are the typical KBA employment terms & conditions, rotational schedule etc. for the Racer and TWotter.

There are no real terms and conditions at KBA, they send you to work as long as they feel, no regard for time off and overtime is impossible to get, no matter how long they send you up North or how little time off you get, it’s no surprise turnover is high with morale so low

This is my experience working there too. On paper it is supposed to be 3 weeks on/off - but that means nothing. Depending on the base, the crew house will make you jealous of the polar bears sleeping outside...
