Everybody says they're "thinking of applying"! Like it's doing an emplyer a big favor! If you want to apply...apply! When they interview you, you get to ask about days off, pay etc. That's what interviews are for. Dont get me wrong "flyingtiger", everybody sings the same tune. This is how we bring out all the negatives, and sour grapes...somebody will, no doubt chime in about how bad and operation is (not that Superior is bad..far from it!) and another will chime in saying how full of shit the first guy was....why dont you just call Superior, and ask them....I'm sure, if you have what they're after, they'll talk to you? Chances are very good, that if you are "thinking of applying", you will be farther ahead if you do.

I talked to the CP of this company once before, seemed like a straight up and decent guy. He's been a line pilot before at other companies so he understands both sides. I was close to accepting the position but something else came available before i got a call from him.
Pretty sure that he would answer any question that you had as honest as he could if you get a call.

I'd do some serious homework here. Perhaps talk to some people that used to work there.

Doc, I was merely trying to get some inside info on the operation, to be prepared for an interview. If any present/past employees would prefer to pm me, feel free. I don't want to bash any company, I just want to be prepared.
