I would rather spend time looking for more information on other threads regarding this matter than to separately make another thread and ask for the same.
Merly because these topics can be debatable and you would need to be aware of certain things you might not know. By the way, looking for faster upgrades you can go for flair

If you were hired at Porter, why would you not take the upgrade there? If you can upgrade at Flair you would certainly qualify for an upgrade at Porter.

Yup. Kiaszceski was undoubtedly prodding at capt_z, because this capt_z seems to enjoy saying he’s hired at an airline while asking on every other airline’s forum what the groundschool dates are, without actually knowing anything.

I would take a much longer look at the big picture than just the upgrade. If all you want is the left seat as soon as possible then obviously Flair, Lynx, or Porter. At Flair we just awarded 10 upgrades, the range being hired less than a year ago, to just under 2 years ago.

I would much rather you come to Flair because you want to be home every night, or because you believe in what we're doing, or because we can offer that upgrade at a base you really want to live in.

That said, there are plenty of good reasons to apply to WestJet.

I would chose WestJet. Flair is in trouble, they having though time filling up Nov 6 GS too apparently.
