You get your Porter standby and jumpseat benefits on day 1 (maybe in the first few weeks while they set up profiles). Other airline jumpseat access will be explained during line indoc by ind of the jumpseat committee members

You also get RJP to other airlines on day 1 if you fill out a form saying you’re a commuter. Takes a few days for the form to be processed though.
