That subject has been talked about many times before. As apposed to making fun of you as others would I am going to help you! I did a search for you and came up with this

http://www.avcanada.ca/forums2/search.php?mode=results

Have a look you should get all your answers from there!

Woops, look like that link does not work as I had hoped. Just type in Transwest in the top and you will get what you want! Sorry

My advice stay the hell away! Zero integrity, professionalism and pride. Any number of the forms, on this site, will support this position.

yup...i heard the same. my former boss left a couple weeks ago for TWA. He worked for 3 days somewhere in northen sk (ramp) and left for an actual flying job in YWG.

How ironic... a few years ago when there was not much to be had, those crying foul about TW and others would have given their left or right nut for a job. Bottom line, you make the best of what you have while you are there and move on. If you show up with experience and a rating, are not happy and have a better deal elsewhere - take the better job. If on the other hand you don't have either experience or a rating - quit whining and expecting the world to deliver everything up to you on a silver platter!
