Re: Jazz HR interview questions?
There are plenty of examples of interview questions on the forum. Although the thread itself might be 5–10 years old, the questions have largely remained the same. It's what I reviewed before my interview and they were pretty much spot on. The interview atmosphere is very relaxed, and both the training pilot and HR representative were easy to talk to.
This was the fourth company I’ve interviewed with since starting my career, and even though I was interviewing for a First Officer position, I like to approach questions as if I were the captain.
My biggest tip: know how to use the SPAR method when answering questions. There will be several scenario-based questions, and they expect you to respond using SPAR (Situation, Problem, Action, Result). There are lots of good examples online.
And seriously...you don’t need any paid interview prep course. Do not do it. There's a good chance they will know where you prepped from. I know a few people that used said service and they all had very similar answers to the interview questions..
Feel free to do as you please though!

Review their corporate website. Learn how many aircraft the fleet consists of. Basically navigate their corporate website. Just Google jazz aviation LP and go through all the hyper links. Take notes. You want to know things like their mission and almost all the major points of their website.
One of the questions they will definitely ask is for you to recall a time where you had an argument or workplace altercation with a coworker. They will ask how you handled it. They will press you for a lot of detail. Even if you think you have your answer down they might press harder. Imagine you think you have an answer ready They will ask and then what happened x3 after you think you are done answering. They are really trying to see how you handled an issue with a coworker. They are looking to make sure you are a reasonable person and are able to handle interpersonal conflicts.
Another question I remember is they asked what attracted you to Jazz or what do you like about jazz.

What have you done to promote diversity in your work place? It will be asked of you by a DEI hire.
