any suggestions

Post by highlander »

About 3 mths ago I interviewed for a flight crew position. Apprx. one week later I was informed that I interviewed well but that there were a limited number of openings. Further more, I was told that I was going to be in a "pool" for other future openings. They also indicated that I need not apply again or submit a resume unless there was a change of address or phone number.

Since that time the company has done more hiring of people who have been interviewed after me?

Any thoughts? or suggestions? Is it possible my interview did not go well even though they said it did??

I am contemplating submitting another resume. Maybe they forgot me

i've always been told to continue to submit resumes, it may seem that you are being annoying but it shows you are still interested in working for them, How do they know you are still avaliable? If they see your name every couple of months then when a position does come open your name will seem familiar. I also refer to my previous conversations with them so they know that they've already talk with me.
