Currently, we do not have PICUS.

No, our lowest time upgrade has been with 4000 total time and a ATPL, a specific program for 3500 TT is rumoured to be in the works, as far as I know we don't have any need for a PICUS program. I'm sure by 2026 we will need one, but for now there are so many other projects on the go I can't see it happening any time soon.

Not that I know of, it does get asked about at town halls, and I assumed it would have been developed by now. Unfortunately I have no idea what the plan is.

There is a PICUS program in effect at Flair currently.
