Aggregated US regional payscales

Post by DanWEC »

Came across this today, thought I'd post it as a reference. Not sure about the accuracy, and it definitely doesn't include the signing bonuses.

Thank you for posting.

These are US dollar, $100,000 year one FO would be $133,000 Canadian

$168,000 US year one captain would be $224,000 Canadian

At a regional like Envoy, they allow the FO to be paid at the Captain rate, while acting as FO once you have 750 hours with the company.
A US FO could be making $224,000 Canadian by their second year

Additional a US regional can have a $100,000 US ($133,000 Canadian) starting bonus for FO.

While a first year FO on Dash, RJ, Emb in Canada pays $50,000 to $80,000

The US first year regional FO can make 400% to 500% of Canadian FO.

Does anyone have the 25 year calculations for AC and WS done up? Obviously at AC you have to make assumptions about upgrade time, but I'd be interested to see a comparison.
