Anybody here have experience operating the Phenom 300e? I don’t personally know any pilots that operate it so I figured I’d come here. I have heard some horror stories regarding embraer’s parts supply/service. Sales team said it’s better now but I’m looking for first hand experiences.
Any general pros and cons of the aircraft from any pilots/operators/maintainers would be great. Thanks all

Re: Phenom 300e
No personal experience here, but I can get you started:
Pros:
Speed & Range: Boasts impressive speed and range for a light jet, exceeding competitors like the Citation CJ4.
Efficiency: Relatively low maintenance and operation costs compared to similar aircraft.
Pilot-friendly: Features like single-point refueling and externally serviced lavatory ease operation.
Cons:
Parts Supply/Service: You mentioned concerns about Embraer's parts supply - definitely worth investigating further with current operators. Look for forums or social media groups specifically for Phenom 300e pilots.
Passenger Capacity: While comfortable for 5-6 passengers, some might find it limiting compared to larger cabin jets.
Here's hoping some Phenom 300e operators chime in with their experiences!
