If I'm aiming for ATC, is it better to qualify for ATC and FSS streams or just ATC after the FEAST assessments?

Invited for assessment: March 11th 2024
In person assessment: March 18th 2024; passed for ATC and FSS
Interview: March 19th
Eligible for standby: March 26th 2024

Hello everyone,
I was wondering which of the following results is better for qualifying for an ATC offer. Passing the FEAST assessment and qualifying fo ATC and FSS, or only qualifying for ATC?
I know it's not an important question considering the results are already out but I would like to hear what people know about this.
