2nd interview?

Post by FlackoJodye »

Anyone ever get called after not passing the interview the first time?
Email mentioned “as such, we will be contacting you to schedule a second interview (with the possibility of a secondary psychological evaluation and/or secondary pre-employment medical) when we are able to do so”.

Is this realistic or more of a PFO email?

I know couple people had 2nd interview after 6 months. Mixed of Jazz and OTS. They both got in on the 2nd interview. Keep trying

I know someone like that too, seems common to get in on the second interview.

Did they have to follow up, or AC just contacted them back?

Anyone got an idea on how long it takes for them to schedule the 2nd interview? First one seemed to go well but I guess I was wrong

Following up on this. Did mine about two months ago 🤣 I’m guessing it’s cause of their recent bid that left to be desired really…

Are you saying you did your 2nd interview 2 months ago? Or was it your 1st interview 2 months ago?

The wait period for an unsuccessful first interview is 6 - 12 months. The company will reach out to you to schedule a second interview, no follow up is necessary.

Yes, typically with a letter stating not at this time, gain more experience and try again, better than the please fu ck off letter wishing you well on your future career.

I had heard they had a meeting just before Christmas with the hiring board to select pilots who had everything submitted. HR had said all is well. Just waiting for a phone call.
