WAAS approaches into Castlegar

Anyone know if/when there will be published WAAS approaches into Castlegar. I've heard they are working on night departure procedures as we speak as well.

I'm hoping it will be make for more reliable winter service.

Any ideas?

Its been awhile since i flew into Castlegar but back then it was a day use only airport as it had no lights. Has that changed?

there are asome pproch lights but not certified for nighttime operation (yet)
