Cory Mercer Passing

My name is Frank Roberts,I am with Prairie Helicopters in Gimli Manitoba. I am writing this to let people who have worked with Cory Mercer know that he has passed away. Cory was 50 years old and passed away in his sleep at home of an unknown cause.
Cory was working for Prairie flying their 212 at the time of his passing. He leaves behind his wife and 2 young children. Cory was a good pilot and a good guy. A friend of the Mercer family has started a go fund me page to help his family through this difficult time.
