This is the first time i am posting here and apologizing in advance if this has been asked here before.

I was wondering how long it takes AC to reach out to you for an interview once you apply for a pilot position these days?

Does everyone who applies get a chance for an interview or is there a criteria which you have to meet (apart from the minimum requirements e.g - atpl , 2000tt, etc) in order to receive an interview?

If you don’t get an interview do they send a pfo email or just silent treatment?
