DEC Interview

Looking for information on the DEC interview. Is it still all mostly “Tell us about a time” HR getting to know you questions? Or being for Captain is it more technical/ cap gen type stuff?

Well just to answer for others. No nothing technical. All just tell me about a situation, history, story time type stuff
