Looking at the latest Beech 1900 captain job at North-Wright. It mentions accommodation provided. Also a vehicle and fuel.

North-Wright isn't unique in offering accommodation and transportation. What I'm starting this thread about is to discuss what type of accommodation various places are offering? It it a 40-year old dump that 15 other pilots sleep in as well? Or can someone move up with their family and be given a 4 bedroom house?
90k is a reasonable salary IF if it also comes with a nicely equipped house and a new-ish truck. That's probably worth about 5k/month in expenses that a family doesn't have to pay (Yellowknife housing prices).
90k is terrible if one parent is sleeping in a dumpy work-camp style accommodation while the other parent lives with the kids in a house they need anyway, and are required to paying for.
