ACPA out negotiated ALPA?
For the MOA in 2022...ACPA got flat pay down to 2 years with pilots going on formula pay on year #3. Also included was tentative displacement was bumped up to 24 hrs.
The concessions were:
- no longer get displaced on overseas crews. Get pushed to augment
- Scope changes to codeshare & wet lease
Now with this TA:
- all concessions remain
But now you got 12 hrs displacement and still have a form of 4 years of flat pay. This includes pay less than Flair.
So now junior pilots lost thousands of dollars saying no in hopes ALPA and this MEC could negotiate something better. Which they haven't for them...in open bargaining.
Without even pushing a strike
Just absolutely brutal result from this group
So ACPA out negotiated ALPA?!

I do wonder if any of the negotiating committee is compromised?
