Does air canada request access to online medical records during their pilot pre-employment hiring medical assessment?
Do they want to see any additional documents or is it just based on the questionnaire during the medical assessment?

No, if you have a valid medical they can only gather info from the questionnaire and if they do their own medical evaluation. What VD, sorry STI, you've had isn't their business unless they find you scratching during their exam.

The pre-employment medical is thorough. If there are any medical issues that crop up during the questionnaire or the exam, they will ask you to submit supporting documentation from your family doctor/specialist. Be honest with them; failing to disclose an issue that the company discovers later can be a cause for dismissal - it’s happened.
