Is the sim eval the same for everyone regardless of previous experience?

I think they should expect different experiences for each person, for example, I don't have any DHC experience. Companies don't pay too much attention to "procedures", their SIM mainly looks at the candidate's "awareness". Of course, this is just my opinion, I also want to know what qualities they want to see in the candidate's SIM.

I just received the booking for sim eval from Porter which is scheduled for Feburary.
Anyone has some recent experience about the sim eval?

1. What sim setting are they using? Classic or the Q400?
2. What would be the rundown for the sim? Steep turn and single engine etc?

When did you do your interview? How long was it before they booked your sim eval. I passed the interview but have been waiting for the sim eval to be booked

I did it at the end of November and got my inviation for the sim eval early this month

It was probably the actual Sim using AI that created an avcanada account to gather information about the script, to prepare itself to perform better without instructors yelling at touchscreens and hurting the sim’s feelings
