Be Afraid.............Be very Afraid!!!!!
The Assistant C.P is a frickin idiot who will screw anything and anybody and has prostituted the industry enough already.
I wonder if XX knows that he has been looking for new jobs?

"...and has prostituted the industry enough already"
...Hardly, if anything I think he is business savy and is no fool. He has had the ability and means to get were he is today and for that no one should be crucified. If anything I would watch this company very closely, I do believe the guys behind this operation have the knowledge, experience, drive and personality to take them into a very exclusive circle and to take the right people with them.
"I wonder if XX knows that he has been looking for new jobs?"
Who doesn't look? The music is on so get while the going is good, cause when the music stops ... you better be happy cause you'll be there awhile. I mean if nobody was "looking" then this forum would be empty right? It's always good to compare, network , be in the game
I think we will be hearing alot more of Infinity now and in the future, might be a good place to hang your hat ...

Business savy = crooked............the only thing it takes to be a good business man is to be a crook........
The truely good business man is adored by his workers because of his fairness, ability to speak with employee's with grace and his good knowledge of marketing, accounting and general goodness.
Money and position are not markers of a good business man.....

You have the moral ethics of a baboon. You know nothing about Infinitair much less about PM, and you hide behind a handle attempting to destroy a person's reputation because you don't have the balls, the knowlege nor the credibility to accomplish what PM has done so far. If you want to talk about it PM me...I dare you!
For your information, PM "checked out" the market and, believe it or not, (cuz apparently you the only authority on pilots) he was recently canvassed by several very successful companies and DS knows about it.
IN the Game:
It's nice to see people with attitude like yours on threads like this...it gives me hope that cowards like Climb to... will be put in their place in an intelligent way. I just hope they are smart enough to grasp the gist of your message

Way to go guys... there should be no place for posts like that. Constructive critisicum yes, BASHING someone no!
But back to the real question... how is this company?
Funny

You know what people this is really funny. This PM keeps coming up in these forums and people actually try and defend him. Well i am going to go on what the real players in the industry know and that is the down to earth truth about this guy. There is a reason he is where he is, you are right. He did it to himself and he deserves nothing better. He and business savy have nothing in comon. You are also right he is looking but not having much success because people know this guy. So you can defend and pretend all you like. The facts are and i quote, "Be affraid ...Be very affraid" are very true. I also agree that i don't belive in bashing anyone. But as a Pilot community we should as a group come together and agree that these types have no place in our industry...Let history speek for itself...

Interesting tactics here. We're talking about a Jetstream job for someone with 750 hours.
The best we get is this:
The Assistant C.P is a frickin idiot who will screw anything and anybody and has prostituted the industry enough already.
What does that tell anyone about the job? I'm really not interested in the guy's personal life, or how he got there. All I care about is what he does to my operation during the hours he is there. Now if you want to say it has some impact on how things are done at this place, then OUT WITH IT. I'm surprised the moderators haven't jumped on this one.

Some of us don't know the inside info regarding this company, so when someone comes and does some bashing, we can only take it as such, since we don't have the facts. This is afterall the internet.
When we have inside info on what their business practices are like, then we may be able to make our own decision. So come out with what you have to say about this operation, and what it means to work there as a pilot.
This industry is small, and word gets around rather quick. Another thing to keep in mind when talking about this industry, is to try and not burn many bridges.
Speaking of bridges, I came across this brilliant Johnnie Walker add in Beirut after the latest israeli bombings.

Wasn't aware that Jetstream was acquiring a Jetstream. The guys in charge are top notch though and know the industry well. If you're interested, I'd jump at the chance if I were you.

I have seen PM since he was a student and I have watched him first hand buy nearly every job he has had with paying for his own PPC's! I will always go out of my way to ensure he does not get any job he trys for to the best of my abilities. I will also always warn people to avoid doing business with him.
Our industry does not need more people like PM; by the way for you that have defended him (which I believe is likely PM himself) you can paint a skunk any colour you want but it's still a skunk and smells like one! I warned you PM this industry is small and you did a spectacular job at creating a bad name for yourself in a very short time frame, people remember.
I,m with a few of the others here......stay away from him, he's bad news!
PM, you may grow up some day and I hope you do for your sake but before you do it will likely have cost many people who did not deserve your ethics.

Geezus christ ...Can someone apply there or not for @#$! sakes I don't think anyone is looking to marry the guy from his avcanada job ad.
Yea yea, the CP for Yadda Yadda airways, he be no good, he will fool around on you, he aint nothin' but a playa, his aunt's ex-husband's sister worked at T.C and her dog bit a blind kid on Christmas morning at the orphanage. THEY JUST WANNA DRIVE SOME FREAKIN PLANES. We'll think about kids down the road.
This has been a post made in jest, by Desksgo INC and his subsidiaries.

Hey,
As Deskgo said we don't care about the guy himself, everybody can make his/her own opinion. It's easy to say "stay out of it" when you're already comfortably seated in a turboprop or a jet but this seems to be a great opportunity for low-timers.
So what we really care about is: is the company serious, is the maintenance well done, is the atmosphere sane?
Is there anyone here that knows about their operations and can honestly provide some information.
Happy flying.

If it's true and this guy did buy his PPC's everywhere he went it's definately a bad sign. Obviously anyone who buys a job with a PPC has no respect for themselves or our profession. I can only imagine that lack of respect would be evident working for someone like that.

I don't know about PM in particular or his exact level of involvement in management activities but DS is the main guy there and you won't go wrong working for him.
Jetstream Position

I would like to thank everyone that applied for the
position that was posted. We have since filled the Jetstream
position but will be looking for a King Air F/O in the near
future. I will be calling those who applied already to give
them the first opportunity.
As for the company, I will try to dispel any rumors and gossip so as to not expand or contribute to the nonsense posted above. We are a small and growing company in Edmonton. Don Ste-Criox is a great Operations Manager/Chief Pilot and a pleasure to work with. As for working with me, I try my best to make the working environment friendly as possible and I just want to get the job done in a safe yet efficient manner. We don’t “charge” for training and give everyone a fair shake. We like to model ourselves after what most pilots want; after all we are pilots too.
Kindest regards

I have known and worked with DS in the past and as stated previously you won't go wrong there at all. He is an honest, hard-working guy you can definately trust. As the Ops manager he will have the over-riding vote in decisions. I am glad to see your company is growing Don, you certainly deserve success. Best of luck.
As for PM it is rather puzzling that he is where he is, in the left seat of a Jetstream as an asst. CP. There are many more honest and more experienced people around to fill that spot. Unless he bought the airplane or has a huge financial stake in the company it makes no sense. If that is true once again having a big bank-roll seems to have paid off.

How about we let this post dye. I am even starting to get tired of the bashing and drama that has become this post.
