Reading blueprints like a pro (or learning how!)
Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to shape and assemble sheet metal components
Putting together high-quality aircraft parts with precision and care
Inspecting your work to make sure it meets top-notch aerospace standards
Measuring, adjusting, and making sure every detail is on point
Working alongside engineers, machinists, and a great team to bring everything together
Staying safe while keeping up the pace in a dynamic environmentWhat You Bring to the Table:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience within the aviation industry Comfortable using tools and working with sheet metal
Ability to read blueprints and technical specs (or eager to learn!)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A sharp eye for detail—you take pride in getting it right
