We’re teaming up with a leading rotor wing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) expert to find passionate AME "S" Mechanics for their Borden, ON locations. If you love helicopters and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to shine!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dive into airframe inspections and keep helicopters in top shape.
Ensure operating and maintenance procedures meet industry standards and company quality expectations.
Decode technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints like a pro.
Troubleshoot issues and craft smart solutions to get things flying again.
Keep meticulous records of problems and the actions taken to solve them.
Maintain a detailed maintenance history for each aircraft.
Help train apprentices, passing on your skills and expertise.
Jump into other duties as needed – no two days are the same!
What You Bring to the Table:

Military ACS training on helicopters.
Valid Transport Canada AME "S" Type license.
Expert in navigating electronic or paper-based manuals and finding key vendor data.
Solid understanding of aviation standards.
Minimum 3 years of Structures experience.
Self-motivated with a knack for processing complex systems and solving problems.
Results-driven, with a keen eye for quality.
Tech-savvy and computer literate.
Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take direction and follow through with precision.

Work Environment:

Hands-on work with frequent lifting of materials up to 30 lbs.
Regular use of safety gear like safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hard hats.
Exposure to noise, fumes, gases, chemicals, dust, and dirt is all part of the adventure.
Occasionally work in extreme temperatures or humidity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
