I would like to know, in accidents like this where it looks totally survivable, why specifically they died and could it have been prevented. For example, was the pilot not wearing a shoulder harness but the passenger was? Did a belt fail or was it put on loosely. Was age a factor? In this case did the pilot drown because they were unconscious?
