Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Avionics Apprentice or Licensed Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team in Red Deer, Alberta. This role is ideal for someone enrolled in or recently graduated from an Avionics Technician program and looking to complete their apprenticeship hours in a supportive, hands-on environment.
As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced licensed technicians and engineers to install, troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain aircraft electrical and avionics systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of avionics systems (navigation, communication, flight instruments, etc.)
• Perform inspections, testing, and diagnostics on aircraft wiring and components
• Support documentation of work performed in compliance with regulatory requirements (CARs)
• Participate in troubleshooting and repair of systems using appropriate tools and procedures
• Learn and apply safety procedures and quality standards across all tasks
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel and other departments to ensure aircraft readiness

Qualifications:
• Enrolled in or a graduate of a Transport Canada-approved Avionics Maintenance Technician program
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must have own basic hand tools (preferred)
