What’s the going wage for a high time beaver pilot? What are you all making for a wage?

Ok. So is that pay for every day of the month on a monthly contract? Thus equaling 16.5K a month? Is it for only days flown? Weather day no pay? Is it for 20 days a month you’re scheduled to be on duty? Please clarify

18 guarantee but averaged 21. Scheduled Wx cancellation days were full pay. Was based in a nice town so could do things on my days off. With remote work not based in a big town I have been paid every day I am away from home.

2024 Season I was at $8000 a month plus a whopping 4 percent vacation pay which worked out to $8360 gross. Working 6 days a week and 1 day off. This was in NWO the accommodations were provided food was on me. Some American tips too. There were some long days and I don’t think the pay was adequate if the day stretched out, which it often did. Switched employers in 2025 for more money and a better schedule.
PS. And I agree with Bede there is a company that pays $550 a day on the beaver in NWO but…… I believe the beaver is based in a First Nation community for most of the summer/fall.

$9000/month was offered to me by a couple of places this spring. Relatively low-timer here.

Showing up counts more than anything. Do a road trip and call every 703 float operator on the TC Air Operator Registry. I suspect you won't have too much trouble finding a part time dock part time pilot gig. I got my first float job with less time thank you and a fresh float rating. Good luck!

thank you so much for these information ! My other friends also mentioned me about showing up on person and "hand shake talking". ok it seems quite a good approach to companies.
thanks have a good day.
