Be nice if they told you who they and where the job would be. Canada is a big place and not everyone knows the company abbreviations.

Consider it the first part of the interview process, are you resourceful. As one of the largest flight schools in Canada one could expect they get carpet bombed with resumes all the time. I would imagine they'd rather not waste their time holding hands and when a candidate stumbles over such a small hurdle it makes the process of elimination quite easy

Bombed with resumes? Because there are so many lead hand qualified AME's out there looking for work. No shortage here in Canada.

Company places a big add looking for people and you have to google to see who they are. I think if I was hiring I'd tell people who I was. Maybe that's just me.
