LOCATION: Winnipeg, Manitoba
POSITION: (1) Full-time

DESCRIPTION
Missinippi Airways is a customer focused, safety oriented air carrier that offers a wide range of
services including executive charters, Medevacs and scheduled service to the communities of
Manitoba and beyond. Missinippi Airways is proud to be counted as the only 100% First Nations
owned air service in Northern Manitoba.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Conducting ground, synthetic flight training device of all flight crew in accordance with
the approved training program;
 Supervision of the standards and recommending amendments to their respective
standard operating procedures;
 Maintaining the Company’s training records;
 Creating new and maintaining the Company’s current online training programs;
 Liaison with the Chief Pilot and Assistant Chief Pilot concerning training details;
 Other responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Pilot.

Additional responsibilities include:
 Monitoring the operation and identifying problems which may require the provision of
extra training or changes in operational procedures;
 Together with the Chief Pilot, the establishment and promulgation of the standards and
piloting techniques with which pilots will be expected to comply during flight operations
and which the pilots will be required to demonstrate during initial and recurrent checks;
 Conducting line indoctrination and line checks, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
 1500 hours PIC flight time on the Beechcraft King Air Series;
 500 hours PIC jet experience;
 1000 Multi Pilot In Command flight time;
 ATPL with a Group 1 IFR;
 Category 1 Medical not required;
 Ability to obtain approval from the United States TSA to initiate training;
 Must be available to travel to Atlanta and Wichita to conduct recurrent flight training at
FlightSafety multiple times per month.
 This position is based in Winnipeg, MB.
