As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe conduct of assigned maintenance and for ensuring the operation, safety, and security of the aircraft.

Job Requirements:
• Hold an aircraft maintenance engineer (AME) licence.
• TCCA approved maintenance type training on Business jets an asset
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada, with a clear criminal background check, satisfactory references, and able to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out and certify maintenance, structural repairs, modifications, and installations as designated by the Production Manager, PRM, DOM, or QAM in compliance with the Maintenance Policy Manual and appropriate manufacturer maintenance manuals.
• Complete work sheets and work cards for work accomplished.
• Participate in “On-call” schedule
• Review and address service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
• Coordinate planning/scheduling activities with NOCC.
• Coordinate outside services.
• Having a thorough understanding of the aircraft systems and procedures and operating the aircraft in the capacity of an AME in accordance with standard operating procedures, aircraft limitations, and manufacturer procedures.
• Working closely with all team members to ensure effective teamwork.
• Providing leadership and guidance.
• Assessing risks and determining the best course of action to ensure safety.
• Completing administrative responsibilities neatly, accurately and on time.
• Communicate with NOCC the maintenance status of the aircraft.
• Ensuring that after maintenance has been completed the cabin is configured properly and ready for service, neat and properly organized, clean/sanitized and of a high level of quality for accepting passengers.
• Participating in the safety management system (SMS).
• Ensuring that company directed administrative responsibilities have been carried out.
• Staying updated on industry regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Any other duties assigned by the Production Manager.
• Maintaining training currency and proficiency as required by regulation and the company.
