Flight Instructor

Hi everyone!
I wanted to know if some of you know which schools in Canada often hire their former students as Flight Instructor. ( Outside of Quebec )
I know nothing is guaranteed, but it would help me better guide my research.
I heard that Harv’s Air does it regularly — can you confirm?
