Background Check

It seems they sometimes send it before and sometimes after the reference check (I was before). They use a 3rd party service called Mintz. You fill out an authorization for disclosure of personal info and your standard name, address etc. You get nothing back as it all gets sent to AC.

Nah haha was more or less just worried that they haven’t requested it yet. References got contacted already and I thought it happened around the same time

As long as your references were checked and there were no issues, they should be proceeding fairly soon with the background check.

Did you end up receiving the background check email? I did my interview mid july as well, reference were checked but still no background check and it’s been 8 weeks.

I was interviewed mid August. Med and ref were checked two weeks later. Same boat as you guys. Waiting for bg check…

Main emphasis is the bringing the jazz guys over as per the contract. Next two classes large majority jazz guys with some ots.

Next two classes are filled, nov class has had no calls. Most likely remaining jazz tho.
