We are currently seeking an AME Apprentice at our St. Thomas, Ontario base. This full-time position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about aviation and eager to learn the intricacies of aircraft structures and maintenance under the guidance of experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME).

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft structures.
Support AMEs in troubleshooting and resolving structural issues.
Assist in large-scale structural modifications/conversions on regional aircraft in an MRO facility
Perform close tolerance drilling, reaming, removal, and installation to critical support structures and fracture critical areas.
Assist in locating blind holes necessary for installation of new structural items to existing structure.
Perform efforts associated with sealing, painting, shimming, and preserving structure in accordance with standard repair processes.
Demonstrates the capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specification, and retrofit requirements to perform structural modification/repair.
Participate in training sessions and hands-on experience to develop technical skills.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
