I applied to encore at the beginning of the month and just checked up on my application today. It is saying “Under Review”. Wanted to see if there is any insight on the timeline of application to interview in the recent weeks.

Yep! did the online hirevue interview about 2 weeks ago. Took about 2 weeks to hear back and I have the interview with flight ops and HR in about 3 weeks.
