It's all negotiated individually, but right seat for the twins and DC3 range from around 45-60k and left seat from 90-200k. Antarctica pays a bit better and pay is structured based on number of days worked+ salary. Full health benefits with retirement savings and health accounts but no airline passes. It is a pretty good spot to work!
