Wings Over Kississing is an aviation charter company specializing in remote northern operations. With a fleet of over 30 aircraft operating on wheels, skis, and floats, we support communities, industries, and adventurers across Northern Manitoba. If you’re interested in hands-on experience in bush aviation, Wings Over Kississing is an excellent place to start.

We are currently seeking an energetic, friendly, and dependable team player to join one of our Northern float bases for the busy summer season. This role is an excellent entry point for someone interested in aviation—particularly aspiring pilots looking to gain hands-on industry experience.

As the first point of contact for our passengers, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily flight operations. No two days are the same, and you’ll be right in the middle of the action.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and check in passengers
- Answer, direct, and manage phone calls
- Assist with flight following and basic operational coordination
- Organize aircraft loads and support dock operations, including loading and unloading
- Transport passengers to and from the airport
- Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications & Skills:

- A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently when required
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to follow direction
- Basic computer skills (MS Office experience is an asset)
- A valid driver’s licence
- No previous aviation experience required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
