Hello all,

I have a quick question and was wondering in anyone with ties to 5T may be able to answer it.

I recently applied to CN as they opened up their most recent FO hiring window. I am a graduate of one of the university programs currently working as a flight instructor with ~500 hours.

Not at all expecting to be competitive this time around, more so looking to get my name into their system as Canadian North is a career goal of mine.

Anyone on the inside happen to know what their looking for experience wise in this market? Not just TT, but operationally as well.Trying to get a rough idea

Right now many people have over 2000 hours waiting for an opportunity. I wouldn't even try to apply with less then 1000 hours. Cause ai prob filters out the application. Too competitive right now.
