Pilot and homebuilt from CYOO missing

Surprised there hasn't been any mention so far of the pilot with his experimental that's gone missing somewhere in the Kawarthas. Hoping for a positive outcome, but it's been a few days... I don't know him but keeping him in my thoughts.

Any info?
