That's just a little misleading. If you look at the puddle in the forground while the plane is on final, you can see the wind is almost blowing the water off the ground. Still a real cool video nonetheless.

Wow I got into watching STOL twotter videos from this thread and this is what I found. The first video is of a private cherokee taking off from St. Barth Island in the caribbean. The second video is of a Winair twin otter taking off from the exact same runway. Wow.
