Anybody know much about this company.. how busy are they, do the instructors move into charter, if so how long is the wait, whats the flight trainning fleet consist of? any info would be great

There's fleet info on their site, but I notice they left their 172s off the list. Training is on the 172s and Baron, I'm not sure if they're using the Arrow. The founder, Les Little, was finally bought out by some of his employees, so its a mixed bag of what's still his, and what the new owners have bought.
