HawkAir
Just curious what the latest news on HawkAir is.....
Heard they pulled out of Ft. St. John & Dawson Creek this week....cause BarXH took one of their Dash 8s for Crew Changes in the patch.
So that leaves them with a couple sked to Rupert and Terrace with what....1 aircraft? or 2?
Are they pretty much done? Or is BarXH actually going to rescue them.....anyone in the know.

Bar XH has acquired Hawkair. The removal of one of the Dash 8's from Hawkair's fleet has neccessitated the removal of some of Hawk's routes (YXJ and YDQ).tincanflyer wrote:one of there Dash 8's was parked outside the Esso Avitat today in YYC
The Dash 8 was removed to enable Bar XH to take advantage of some of the lucrative crew change work out there in Alberta.
Bar XH is rumoured to be acquiring more aircraft (Dash 8's?) to both backfill/supplement the scheduled operation (Hawkair) and to futher enhance crew change capacity.
