Get the Aerocourse book. Worked like a charm for me.

Read the AIM, Instrument Procedures Manual and the CAP GEN. There wasn't much Met theory on my exam but several practical Met questions. There were two questions about icing too.

I'd go through those sources of information and then use the Aerocourse workbook to gauge your level of knowledge. The Aerocourse book has a lot of questions that are much harder than what you'll get on the INRAT.. just keep that in mind.

Good luck.

LMAO

Go with Aerocourse if you want something that is geared to the exam....but if you want something thats a bit more operational & will explain why the answers are what they are, go with ProIFR's book
