Screw over tommorow to save today. Use a band aid where cauterization is needed. Not that you could ever see this coming I guess. When you live in such a fine place and the industry starts to improve who would ever think that people would leave.

ACtually from what i hear they have hired all they can from withing but they need more qualified people.. Currently the king air 100 is grounded due to lack of flight crew. I bet the want toget qualified crew fast as that plane is costing not making money, They had a turnover rate faster than they had planned for so they are short aircrew.

That's the biggest problem with moving guys up from the ramp. If your captains go elswhere...you're screwed.
