K-W Boozing

Post by petite »

Ok here's how it is going down. I was with Snowgoose and some other choice individuals and it is agreed. We are having a K_W Booze night. This will be early June on a Saturday or Friday and a pre-drink and dinner will be set up. If you are out of town - Come you you mofos and in town - you better be there unless working/flying early in the a.m.

That is all.

K-W is Kitchener/Waterloo for all you out of towners.

And petite means it. Although I think she should change the title of this thread to something a little less cryptic.

Goose - you're a wanker for complaining. I was on the sprite when I posted so let's be glad that it came out coherently. I changed the title as requested.

Good news tho - I woke up this morning and there were messages on my msn already from people saying they were into this diabolical scheme.

I'll be south of 60 that weekend, so I just may be able to make an appearance. It depends on some prior commitments and what the family is plotting for me. I'll let ya know for sure either on MSN or here once I find out. I imagine I'll need to raid the liquor store/my parents liquor cabinet before swiping the parents car and heading up the 402, will food or other such items be required at all?

Who's complaining? Also, glad to hear that you don't have a drum solo in your head this morning.

Oh 3am was brutal, but I drank some water and slept it off. At 830 I was ready to get out running. Bit lucky I suppose.

They tell me there is safety in numbers.

I'll be there if I get all my work done up north. Someone may need to pick me up at YKF.

lil - you are awesome for submitting a vacation request to come to this from Mysteryville. I hope you can swing it. I think this will be like the first time we met in person - my head on the table trying to remember english.

Haz - your presence is requested. I have a partygoer that wants to meet you.

Goose - people are messaging me instead of posting their names here. Guess they are shy.

Probably Huether if I can swing it. You're a local, what do you recommend. The rev or schwaben or something like that

Well, the Huether shuts things down at 1:00, but it is a good place before that. Depending on how many people are coming, there's lots of places to move to that are within a couple blocks, like McMullen's, the Fox and Fiddle, and Failte. I'm partial to Failte, but it's tiny.

Might be able to make that work... Just the right amount of randomness to keep it interesting. I got a bottle of tequilla and I shouln't be trying to finish it on my own...
