Fugro operates one Dash 7 a DA-42 a C-404 many C-208's and 2 C-212's out of Ottawa.

There are other Fugro Bases in Austrailia, South Africa, and Brazil

the pay is fairly good on the C-208, they do not run co-pilots on it though

the only FO positions are on the C-212, and Maybe the Dash.

thats all I know, havent worked there since 2005, Chipmunk would know more

The Dash (fondly referred to as the coat hanger) is operated by Voyageur and as such all hiring on it is done by them. Pay I understand is better than regular VAL pay, but the sched can be tough depending on your lifestyle.

Generally, where you go depends on where you are based, eg, South Africa works in Africa, Canada works North America, Brazil works South America. Occasionally if one area is busy then another may help out.

We dont have F/O's on the Caravans, they are used on the Casa, if you want anymore info pm me.

Yeah, the website is not great for pilot/engineer info.
Check your PMs.

If you're a canadian pilot, you'll work based out of YOW flying the canadian airplanes. The individual offices worldwide are run quite separately, with some inter-regional cooperation when projects require it. As another poster wrote, you may get to go overseas if there is a job that cannot be taken on by the office in that region.

Last I heard, Casa FO minimums were around 1200-1500h total time, with the IATRA written. None of the other aircraft are typically operated with co-pilots.

I am looking for work out side of Canada, particulary Africa/Middle East. Thanks to all that have helped, I look forward to reading some more.

It is to bad that their website doenst not give all that much information, but I would also assume they dont get a million CVs a year like many other companies.

Aries is a good place to look as well. I believe they have a big overseas contract coming up with Navajos.

Check out the careers tab, and see the cheesey photo of an unidentified avcanada poster!
