No more Clive at Westjet

A press release has been issued announcing that Clive will be
stepping down as Chief Executive Officer on September 4, 2007 and will
remain as Executive Chairman. Sean will become President and Chief
Executive Officer on that same day.

This is a fairly big turning point in the history of WJ. Once September rolls around the 4 founders will no longer be around and it will be just another company run by a board/shareholders.

Except that all 4 are presumably big shareholders and board members, and Clive, as Chairman, still remains the single most powerful person in the company.

Although I'm just guessing that the other 3 of the 'original 4' are board members, I actually don't even know their names!

The other founders (among others) were: Don Bell, Tim Morgan and Mark Hill; none of them any longer holding a position with the company (maybe shareholder).
