So...what's with this lady who keeps coming back on garage doors, pieces of toast, etc. Is this really someone we should be worshipping?

Well if you watch the video the image disappears as the faithful walk up to touch it. The report also says it shows up at the same time every day, so my guess is its a reflection of light off of the neighbours house.

Pack of bright people in that back alley to not notice the image moving as time went on, as well as the shadow they cast.
