I've read the stuff on Winair but what other companies are down in the Caribbean that fly twin otters?

Lots of small commuters that operate Islanders, Aztecs, King Airs, jetstream 31s, B1900s, Dh8s

Asking a pilot about what he thinks of Transport Canada, is like asking a fire hydrant what does he think about dogs.
Grenadine Airways flies twotters based in St. Vincent. They fly quite a bit and it's a fun place to live. Try and get ahold of the Chief Pilot of SVG Air and ask him questions since they do the hiring. I'm not sure if the need anyone or what but it's worth a try. Also I know that Cayman Airways express is always looking for guys and they pay pretty good when you get your upgrade. Sweet place to live too I hear and I think the company is pretty good, 737's and stuff. Best of luck man.
