Hey guys,
Any idea where to find the actual Dash-8 evaluation sim profil? I got the eval in YYZ next week.... many thanks...

there is not an actual Sim profile for this, they change airports every now and than.

However you can expect to do steep turns, a hold, non-precision approach, single engine ILS.

no worries, if a college grad can do it so can you.

I know a guy years ago that answered your question in detail. He had just done his eval, and someone at Regional caught him... on this site, and phoned him up and told him not to bother showing up for the interview.

Just thought I'd throw that out there.

That is such BS, as one does an interview before the sim eval, not the other way around.

the profile is a basic ride... they give you a detailed script and then 45 min to prepare.

If you can do a normal IFR ride, you can handle the sim eval.

Hmm, maybe you're right, it was a while ago, I think he did do the interview too, but bottom line is, he didn't get the job in the end because of what he posted online.

Oh, and also, my previous job interviewed me after i did sim eval... so there! :p
